Purpose Of The Survey

The purpose of The Nimble Survey is to collect data that will be used as market research by Nimble.

How To Enter

To enter the competition to win one of 2 x $500 Flight Centre gift vouchers and 5 x $200 Coles Myer gift vouchers, you must complete the Nimble Survey, which can be accessed from a link in the email that Nimble send to intended participants, and in 25 words or less answer the question “What’s the best product Nimble could offer to meet your financial needs?”

Once you’ve completed the survey and in 25 words or less you answered the question “What’s the best product Nimble could offer to meet your financial needs?” – you will then be in the running for one of 2 x $500 Flight Centre gift vouchers and 5 x $200 Coles Myer gift vouchers.

Judging The Winning Entry

Once the competition is finished, authorised representatives of Nimble will review all entries. The authorised representatives of Nimble have absolute discretion to determine the winning entry. All entries will be judged according to a set of guidelines decided by Nimble. The authorised representatives of Nimble will have 7 days after the competition finishes to determine the winner.

Conditions Of Entry

In order to be eligible for the competition, you must complete the Nimble Survey and in 25 words or less answer the question “What’s the best product Nimble could offer to meet your financial needs?” You must complete the survey and enter before 11:59pm AEST on 24 September 2015.

Entry is only open to existing Nimble members who have either successfully repaid:

1. all of their Nimble loans; or
2. their first Nimble loan and are in the process of repaying a subsequent Nimble loan, which is not in default.

For the avoidance of doubt, a Nimble member who has a current loan with Nimble that is obtained for the first time and still has an outstanding balance owing to Nimble is not eligible to enter the competition. However, a returning Nimble member (that is a member who has had at least one loan with Nimble) who may have a current Nimble loan and is up-to-date with their repayments is eligible to enter the competition. If a returning member has not paid all his/her repayments under all current and previous Nimble loans they are still eligible to enter the competition. The competition is not open to minors (under 18 years old) or to Nimble employees or their immediate family members.

Details And Values Of Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) x $500 Flight Centre gift voucher each.

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) x $200 Coles Myer gift voucher each.

The terms and conditions of the use of each gift voucher are reserved by Flight Centre and Coles Myer.

The promoter is Nimble Australia Pty Ltd ABN 91 135 501 807 of Level 6, 12-14 Marine Parade, Seabank Centre, Southport, QLD, 4215.

Start And End Dates

The competition will commence on the 17th of September, 2015 at 5:00am AEST and end on 24th of September 2015 at 11:59pm AEST.

How The Winner Will Be Notified

Each winner will be notified via the email address that Nimble has sent the email with the survey link to. Each winner will be asked to acknowledge receipt of the winning notification and provide a mailing address so that the prize may be sent by post. If a winner acknowledges receipt of the winning notification, that person will be deemed the winner of the competition. If no response is received by a chosen winner within 14 days of the date of winning notification, it will be deemed as unclaimed and the authorised representative of Nimble will select a replacement winner from the remaining entries.

No Responsibility For Emails

Nimble assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of any online competition entries or email communications.

Handling Your Information

Nimble will handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering this competition, you consent to your personal information being used by Nimble or our related companies and other third parties for marketing purposes including the publication of your name and competition entry details in the Nimble website, Nimble social media pages and any other publicly available information. We may also contact you by email from time to time with financial offers, products, services or other promotional offers that may be suitable to you.

Unsubscribing

If you prefer not to receive marketing information from us, you may opt out at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link within the emails Nimble sends you and this will remove your email address from our database. Alternatively, you can email customercare@nimble.com.au and ask to unsubscribe from marketing information from us.
