Make the Most of Your Home with a Renovation Loan from Nimble

If you want a new kitchen or you’re seriously thinking about adding a pool to your backyard, you might be considering a renovation loan to help fund it. Let’s face it, major home renovations generally aren't cheap...even if you decide to roll up your sleeves and undertake much of the labour yourself. So, if you need extra money to fund your renovation Nimble can help.

Since 2005 we have been making it simple for Australians like you to get access to the funds you need when you need them – and we are on hand to help you too, especially when you are looking for a home renovation loan.

We know that traditional loans can be hard work. Long meetings, mountains of paperwork and so much proof to be provided, only to have to wait for days for a decision and even longer for the funds to arrive. We live in modern times, with software and technology that allows us to immediately stream a movie, buy dinner and even speak to someone on the other side of the globe with ease – so why shouldn’t a house renovation loan be as simple, as nimble?

We were the first to offer paperless applications way back in 2009. We started offering straight-through processing in 2011, making human interaction in the application unnecessary. We began making payments every day, including weekends and holidays. We can now offer payments in as little as 60 minutes* once confirmed. Everything we do is aimed at making the whole process smooth, simple, straightforward and hassle-free – so choosing Nimble for home renovation loans could be the best way to fund the house improvements you want to make.
