The application is a simple online application, pre-filled with what we already know about you (you can edit anything that has changed). We'll ask you to supply us with a form of identificaion (your Australian passport or driver's licence) and to provide your internet banking details (as usual) so we can assess your income and expenses and submit. It will take less than 5 minutes to apply. Applications made during business hours Monday to Saturday, will receive a decision within approximately 2 hours. If you submit your application outside of business hours Monday to Saturday or on Sunday, you'll receive a decision on the next business day. Once a decision has been made you'll receive an email to the email address linked to your account. In that email, we'll tell you if you have been approved (or not) and provide a link to your offer and contract where you can review and sign everything digitally. Once accepted, you'll be able to access your available balance in minutes.
