"I'm writing this in regards to my recent communication with your Recoveries Department about my overdue [Nimble] account.
I've worked in collections and recoveries for the past 10 years with banks and mercantile agencies and have dealt with high levels of client financial hardship.
Personally, I would have to say my dealings with your staff member Raylene have been by far the greatest level of customer service I have ever witnessed. Until recent family problems, I was always paying my accounts on time. I was put under severe financial difficulty and unfortunately my [Nimble] account suffered for a period of time.
Your Recoveries Department was courteous and prompt with returning e-mails and follow up calls. She was and always willing to "go the extra mile" to ensure my needs were met and a suitable resolution of my outstanding debt was achieved. To date I have never had such excellent service from any creditors.
I finalised my account today with [Nimble] by internet transfer. I again would like to thank your staff, and in particular Raylene, for treating me like an individual, not just a number or an amount required to meet a monthly budget.
Thank you for your time. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to [Nimble] as the company does genuinely help its customers to the best of their ability."
